Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an error occurred on K2's Dream House end.

If you receive the wrong order, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery and include:
    •    Your order number
    •    Photos of the product received
    •    A brief description of the issue

Please allow 12–24 hours for a response. Once verified, we’ll gladly offer a refund or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us IMMEDIATELY of receiving the item.

• You are required to provide photo evidence of the damage or defect product. We will review your case and take appropriate action, such as sending a replacement or offering a refund (if applicable).
