Pre-Order Policy

Please read carefully before placing a pre-order.

A pre-order item is not currently in stock and is ordered SPECIFICALLY for you. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the processing and shipping time outlined below. 

Processing Time:

• Pre-orders require 7-14 business days to process
• Processing time includes sourcing, customization, quality checks, and preparation
• Business days do not include weekends and holidays 

Processing time begins the business day after payment is received.

Shipping Time:

• Shipping time is INCLUDED in processing time
• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email
• Shipping time depends on the carrier selected at checkout

No Cancellations and Refunds:

• All pre-order sales are final
• No cancellations, refunds, or CHARGEBACKS once the order is placed 
• Pre-orders cannot be modified after submission. Please make sure everything is correct before finalizing
