Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of payment. Shipping times vary by destination and method, USPS typically runs 2 to 3 days. A tracking number is sent once your order ships. K2's Dream House is not responsible for delays, lost or stolen packages, unclaimed deliveries, or an incorrect shipping address.

Local Pickup

Pickup orders are ready within 1 to 2 business days. Pickup hours are Monday through Friday, 12 to 4 PM. Orders can be held for up to 10 days if you're unable to pick up right away.

Pre-Order

Pre-order items are sourced and customized specifically for you. Processing takes 7 to 14 business days, which includes shipping time. Pre-orders are final, no cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, or changes once submitted.

Refunds & Damages

All sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges unless something went wrong on our end. If you receive the wrong order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos, and a brief description. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photo evidence.
